Shipping policy
All art orders are processed within 15 to 25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email since each piece of artwork is made to order from the artist's Artist Proof. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will personally reach out if there are any delays due to a high volume of art orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping is included in contingent United States. No shipping fees will be added to your order.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all original art. Installation is not included unless coordinated otherwise.
Deliveries are made from 9-4 on Monday through Thursday, and will first be subject to the artist's schedule. We will contact you with the contact information you provided at checkout to coordinate delivery.

In-store pickup
If you would like to see Mark Jackson's art gallery and studio space in person, you can always make a trip out to visit VELESERO for pickup at 7200 S. Pleasant Ridge Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72704 as long as you have confirmed and coordinated with us. Please reach out to info@velesero.com to coordinate this.
Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping is included for all listed products being delivered to the continental United States unless we have reached out to the customer about a specific scenario. Shipping will not be included for selected commissioned works of art.
